From documentary and narrative film to high-impact commercial content, we specialise in creating stories with heart and purpose.

We’re looking for a Sydney-based Video Editor to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This role is perfect for an editor who thrives on variety - and wants to build a diverse and exciting portfolio alongside a creative team committed to meaningful storytelling.

**About the Role**

You’ll collaborate directly with our Director on a range of projects, including:

- Full-length **podcast edits** and social cutdowns
- **Social media content** and short-form storytelling for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- **Documentary and branded series**
- **Charity and positive-impact campaigns**
- **Lifestyle, travel, and luxury yacht content**
- **BTS**shoot content

This is a **flexible contractor role** (approx. 12 days/month), with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit projects using **Adobe Premiere Pro**, integrating music, graphics, and sound design for narrative impact.
- Create engaging **short-form and social-first content** optimised for different platforms.
- Adapt and repurpose longer videos into reels, teasers, and stories.
- Perform light colour and audio balancing to maintain consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with our Director and producers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Deliver clean, well-organised project files following our post-production standards.
- Assist with motion graphics or titles in **Adobe After Effects**.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (After Effects experience a bonus).
- Strong storytelling instincts - not just cutting footage, but shaping emotion and flow.
- Great attention to detail, organisation, and deadlines.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration (Sydney).
- Previous experience editing branded content, docu-style videos, or social-first content is a plus.
- Must hold ABN and have the right to work in Australia.

- Adobe Premiere: 3 years (preferred)
