**About The Role**

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Marketing Team.

Capral’s culture is one that places a high focus on collaboration, hard work and innovation. This role is primarily responsible for the development and execution of a broad marketing range of generalist and digital marketing activities.

**About You**

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated marketing all-rounder who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered for this amazing opportunity, ideally you will have:

- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in generalist marketing roles
- tertiary qualifications in marketing
- experience across a broad range of marketing areas from digital, website development, event management through to the development of sales collateral
- Indesign experience with an exceptional eye for detail
- the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- flexibility to travel both locally and interstate (if required)
- exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
