**About the Role**

Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Perth office. This role will be responsible for leading the quality team which is comprised of office based and project based quality advisors as well as the document control function. In addition, you will be required to implement a systematic approach to corporate governance, risk management and policy. This role will require frequent travel to our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and maintain quality strategy, system, processes, procedures, and development of Project Quality Plans (PQPs).
- Management and delivery of quality documentation across all projects.
- Lead quality reviews with external auditors.
- Manage and maintain internal quality audit process.
- Facilitate internal reviews within the business for development of business improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Deliverables Plan prior to the commencement of works.
- Review all client specifications to incorporate quality requirements in processes and ensuring expectations are satisfied.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

**About You**
- Experience with quality management practices TQM, Kaizen, Lean, six sigma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the team and supporting delivery and compliance within a corporate role.
- Experience in interpreting specifications, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Relevant industry experience and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience in root cause failure analysis.
