**JOB DESCRIPTION - BRIEF**

Caddy Industrial Sales began by catering to the specialized fastening needs of local contractors. By listening to the everchanging requirements of our customers and industry, we have evolved into providing complete construction support
systems for the Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Engineering and HVAC sectors. We also have a fabrication division manufacturing fire sprinkler systems and supplying pipe and joining couplings into the fire and mining industries.

It seems cliche but it really is the relationships with our customers that has shaped Caddy into the successful company
we are today. We’re immensely proud to be a part of Western Australia’s changing landscape, working behind the
scenes, to support the many industries that build our country’s landmark commercial projects.

Strong partnerships with leading brands like Victaulic, Erico, Lindapter, Iccons, HB Fuller, Precision Paper Coatings and Hobsons
Engineering, ensure we’re well placed to provide a variety of construction support solutions for your project.

**THE ROLE**

Be the lead person in providing leadership to the staff that engages them with the strategy of the business and ensures the attainment of all the objectives.

**DUTIES**
- Provide leadership to the staff that engages them with the strategy of the business.
- Manage the operations and finances of the business.
- Continually re-examine and reform the offering of the business.
- Maintain functional relationships with suppliers to the business.
- Ensure that the businesses are focused on building awareness of the offering to clients.
- Ensure legal, WHS, and financial compliance.
- Be the conduit between the CEO and the business.
- Maintain and respond to the environment.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Maintaining a single positive culture that enhances the delivery of the offering.
- Achieving all financial metrics (Profit, balance sheet, cash, debtors, creditors.).
- Continually growing the capabilities of the business through the employees.
- Manage the business in a manner consistent with the offering and objectives.
- Creating lasting relationships with client’s, suppliers, and other strategic organisations.
- Identifying and creating opportunities that enhance the business.
