Your opportunity
Join our friendly and collaborative team and provide efficient and effective quality system testing to ensure business requirements are met and systems adhere to all regulatory requirements.
This role will focus on quality/testing execution in line with the Quality Management strategy, including working towards test automation.
You responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop, maintain, execute and review manual and automated test scripts
- Compile, maintain and review test documentation
- Monitor and report test metrics and the status of testing progress during development/project cycles
- Provide system support by investigating, liaising and advising on problems reported from production, development and 3rd party providers
- Test the functioning of 3rd party products when connected to the system and provide where required test reports for 3rd party suppliers and regulator
- Analyse, review and evaluate requirements, working with the business to understand system requirements
- Estimate testing requirements to determine scope of development/project cycles
- Initiate and implement improvements to the test process
- Oversee software deployments to test
- Evaluate and initiate improvements to test support software
- Monitor defect tracking process
- Ensure the availability and readiness of and make improvements to the system test facility (manual and automated)

A bit about you
You’ll bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field alongside extensive integration (testing) experience (both manual and automation) in a complex environment, and Test Automation tools and frameworks. ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst/Technical Test Analyst and/or Energy industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Your skills and experience will include:

- Experience working within an agile delivery team in a continuous delivery, Dev Ops environment
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving
- Proven experience in ability to quickly adapt to or learn new technology
- Exuding passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the team in delivering high quality release
- Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
