I am seeking an experienced Test Analyst for my government client in Melbourne to take up a role for 9 months with a view of extension.
**Your day at NTT**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst with a strong track record of successful testing and quality assurance efforts.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools for test management, including test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Financials Cloud, and their testing requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in creating UAT test scenarios, UAT test cases, and facilitating UAT with business users.
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Azure DevOps Integration:
a) Utilize Azure DevOps tools and processes to manage test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
b) Monitor and report on test progress, issues, and defects using Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting features.
- Oracle ERP Cloud Testing:
b) Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ERP systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionality, integrations, and data flows.
c) Traceability and Documentation
- Assist in Establishing and maintaining traceability matrices to ensure alignment between requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
a) Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand UAT requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
b) Lead the creation of UAT test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
c) Facilitate UAT planning, scheduling, and execution in coordination with business users, ensuring a smooth and efficient UAT process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
a) Engage with cross-functional teams, project managers, business analysts, and developers to gather and clarify requirements.
b) Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align testing efforts with project timelines, priorities, and objectives.
c) Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and outcomes to Program Test Director.
