**Role and Responsibilities**:
Manage the Yoga and Pilates program - responsibilities include:

- prepare monthly class schedule
- manage instructor covers
- monitor cost effectiveness of each class with attention to class attendance numbers
- conduct ongoing in-house training for instructors
- conduct monthly instructor evaluation, contribute new ideas to enhance class participation, conducting small member workshops
- stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in yoga and Pilates. Incorporate new ideas into class offerings to keep the content fresh, exciting, and engaging for clients.
- lead and teach dynamic yoga and Pilates classes that cater to a variety of skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Ability to provide demonstrations of poses and exercises, ensuring proper form and safety.
- provide one-to-one Private Yoga/Pilates sessions for members
- foster a welcoming and supportive environment where members feel supported, resulting in strong personal engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in Yoga and/or Pilates, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing or owning a Yoga/Pilates Studio. Experience in private training is an advantage
- Certification in Yoga and/or Pilates instruction.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to fitness and wellness.
- Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin as we have a growing member base of Cantonese and Mandarin speakers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or public holidays as/when required
