Academic Tutor

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Tutors who are study at or have graduated from the **University of Sydney, the University of Melbourne, Monash University, or the University of Queensland**to provide professional support for university students across various disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Assignment Support**
- Assist students with a wide range of academic tasks, including:

- Essays, Reports, Reflections
- Business Plans
- Presentations (PPT + Oral Script)
- Posters, Blogs
- Dissertations, Group Essays & Presentations
- Online Exams (support and preparation)

**2. One-on-One or Group Tutoring**
- Provide academic guidance through personalized sessions.
- Offer exam preparation support (Final Exams, Mid-terms, Quizzes).
- Assist with brainstorming, outlining, and revising assignments and dissertations.
- Support students in developing academic skills and confidence.

**3. Academic Appeal Support**

**Subject Areas**:
Our tutoring covers a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:

- **Business (Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.)**:

- **Social Sciences & Humanities (Media, Communication, Multimedia, Film & Television Studies etc.)**

**Qualifications**
- Strong academic background in at least one of the fields listed above.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in academic tutoring, mentoring or dealing with appealing cases is an asset.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred, but not required.

**Addition**
- For the tutoring responsibility, **Mandarin** is an asset.
