This is more than just a customer service job, it’s an opportunity to play a vital role across the full operational value chain. As part of our Revenue Operations Team, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day activity, handling customer inquiries, processing data, and supporting key functions.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update customer records
- Manage system queues, and escalated customer queries
- Ensure accurate data entry and send appropriate follow-up communications
- Participate in change and business process improvement initiatives
