Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to contribute
