**About your new role**
Are you a resilient and patient individual who thrives on making the biggest impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers to support customers within our Emergency Stay Program. You will be assisting customers aid in daily tasks and providing support through challenging behaviours. Our Disability Support Workers assist our valued customers as they shape and improve their lives.

**About you**
- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including Hospital Settings and In-Home Supports
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Experience with PEG feeding, medication assistance, slide sheets and hoist use.
- You will have previous experience in complex and challenging behaviours
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- You have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night and Overnight)

**You will have the following to qualify for this role**
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence
