**Your Role**:
The main purpose of this role is to execute on Chubb’s Cyber & Technology Practice acceleration strategy with responsibilities for underwriting, production management, product development, marketing, and vendor management.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Chubb’s acceleration to a dedicated resources model in Cyber and the assimilation of Cyber and Technology E&O together into the same division in VIC, WA and SA
- Execute on new business, renewal retention, overall production and portfolio profitability targets across both Cyber an Technology Package product lines - to be set at outset and focused in strategic areas within distribution structure
- Deliver on key strategic product level projects (to be specifically outlined at outset) for the region to support overall team growth targets - product roll-out, vendor and service development, major distribution initiatives, underwriting guidelines, underwriting technology enhancements, etc
- Assist in the successful roll-out of new products
- Staff referral and training for both Cyber and Technology, and direct underwriting responsibilities on large, key opportunities (with profitability and production established at outset)
- Lead underwriting process projects in line with global cyber and technology strategies
- Deliver insights to regional underwriting team on cyber risk developments, competitor analysis, cyber insurance market developments, etc
- Develop alternative distribution channels and assist the Major Account Segment Leader in rolling out the Global Cyber Facility in ANZ
- Assist underwriters in client visits, marketing, onboarding, vendor interaction, etc. - goals on per month basis to be developed
- Manage growing team with direct and indirect product line relationships with financial lines and industry practices underwriters

**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Complete understanding of Chubb underwriting philosophy, marketing strategy and underwriting appetite and issues for the Technology and Cyber businesses
- Expert in underwriting Technology and Cyber business
- Competent in underwriting with the use of SIR’s deductibles, exclusions, layered programs, pricing and wordings
- Able to effectively impart technical skills by acting as an instructor in internal and external training programs
