**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a **Full Time** **Stock Leader** (38 hours per week) at Peter Alexander **Canberra DFO**, you will work alongside the Store Manager to control the stock processes within the store. You will be responsible for controlling the stock administration and inventory management in your store.

During off peak periods, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering sales productivity through great customer connection, personal KPI’s and contributing to the operational responsibilities of the store.

Your time spent on stock duties will range from 50-100% of your hours depending on the time period in store.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations whilst maintain stock standards
- Lead & train Stock Team Members within the store
- Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock related processes is maintained
- Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
- Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment
- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
- Value integrity and doing things the right way
- Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Be ‘solutions focused’ when faced with problems
