Due to continuous and exciting growth, we're currently recruiting **Disability Support Workers** for **Mansfield **day centre.

As the newest member of the QRC team, your primary role will be providing one on one support to our NDIS clients at the day centres. This can be in the form of assisting with community access, personal care and assisting clients to engage with day program activities.

Providing quality services and safeguards and promoting opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in the community is what the team at QRC is all about

QRC DSWs receive extensive online training, in-person training as required and the full and ongoing support of a dedicated Services Coordinator as a central point of contact ensuring a safe working environment.
- Experience supporting clients with complex behaviours of concern/ restrictive practices/ positive behaviour support plans
- AND/OR exhibit a caring and compassionate nature with a contemporary attitude towards working alongside people with disabilities.
- Have flexible availability & a long term commitment to Quick Response Carers
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver license and own vehicle
