**Description**:
About you

Based in the Bowral office, Argyle Housing are seeking a dynamic, engaging and experienced People and Culture Specialist to join our small, yet productive, team.

The Role

In this role you will work closely with the General Manager, People and Culture in implementing the People and Culture strategy and initiatives aligned with the Argyle Housing strategy. A core focus of the role is attracting, retaining and developing talent by implementing organisational culture strategies and engagement strategies.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional support and help the business achieve its objectives
Supporting people leaders through the development and performance management process
Reviewing and updating, administering and maintaining people related systems, policies and procedures
Compiling people related metrics and reports

**Skills and Experiences**:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strategic thinking
