Workforce Planner

Opportunity:
As our new Workforce planner, your main focus is on improving efficiency and resource optimisation to meet stakeholder demands and exceed service standards. This is a critical role that ensures consistent member experience aligned with our values, mission, and purpose.

You’ll also:
- Develop cost-efficient and best-practice workforce plans with key leaders.- Streamline workforce planning systems and processes across multiple locations and provide high-level advice and support on workforce planning matters.- Identify and manage resourcing issues for ongoing operational improvements.- Initiate continuous improvement of rostering process through data analyses and create integrated database tracking tools for staffing forecasts.- Analyse current service provisions and performance to recommend process improvement solutions.

We need you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education/work experience.- Knowledge and experience in business systems and processes, including rostering systems, UKG Dimensions/KRONOS, and Microsoft suite of products and customer relationship management tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience and continuous process improvement, including using initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes, and suggest process improvements.- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with a passion for customer service, team development, trust-building, planning and prioritization, and managing competing demands with varying timeframes to maintain high quality standards.
