Assistant Manager

We are looking for a energetic Part Time (15 hrs/wk minimum) Assistant Manager to join the team.
You will be working with the Full Time Club Manager, whose focus includes membership sales, retention of members, admin & creating an engaging & desirable environment. You will need to be results-driven and highly motivated to achieve KPIs - with rewards for high performance You will need to be organised, self-motivated, a great communicator and love all aspects of fitness and customer service.
There is also the opportunity to work as a Personal Trainer within the club to create a full time position.
We are part of a National group with a reputation for creating exciting club environments for our members & staff.
To be considered you must be passionate about the Health & Fitness industry with the desire to help people achieve their fitness goals, a stand out sales professional, results orientated, excellent communicator, enjoys local marketing with the community and loves to have fun
Applicants must have a Cert III & IV in Fitness, and current First Aid qualifications.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive package including bonuses for achieving KPI's.
Interviews will be held immediately.

Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
