Marketing Coordinator

PV Connections is looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing coordinator, who will be responsible for delivering on PV Connections’ annual marketing plan. You will be comfortable working in a small marketing team and be able to coordinate all the marketing activities within the business. You will also enjoy working closely alongside the leadership and sales teams and partnering with them to build a pipeline of sales qualified leads and accelerate and expand opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee all marketing initiatives across all channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and develop content, style and layout
- Intermediate to skilled graphic design capabilities would be a great additional skillset
- Photography skills and the ability to shoot and edit basic videos
- Organic social media content posting and optimisation
- Develop a content editorial calendar, measure and optimize the program on a regular and ongoing basis,
- Manage the content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic supported by the external providers
- Effectively manage, coordinate, and develop trusted key relationships with prominent internal and external stakeholders

- Experience delivering targeted content and an insights-led approach to decision-making and prioritisation
- Experience using Adobe for Graphics and Editing
- Understanding of Ads Management and experience collaborating with outsourcing third-party agencies (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience and exposure to WordPress/Woocommerce
- Great attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and a passion for using technology to improve work efficiency
- Thrives on new challenges with a strong desire to learn new ways of working.
