**Customer Service Administrator (Immediate Start) - Boronia, VIC**

Our client is seeking someone who has a background in Customer Service Or Administration. You need to be eager to learn, passionate about talking with customers and willing to hit the ground running. Interest in Medical or Rehabilitation equipment would be beneficial but not necessary and ideally you would be able to start immediately. Join a fun and supportive team in their Boronia warehouse/office.

**$60k + Super**

**Full Time -**
**Monday to Friday - No weekends **

**Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm - No late nights or early starts **

**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing, tracking and warehouse receipting
- Coordinating couriers and delivery tracking
- Produce appropriate reporting for clients and management
- Other office administration duties may be assigned to meet business needs

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Commitment to quality, customer service and team support
- Must communicate effectively and anticipate needs of customers
- Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service etiquette
- Ability to nurture relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent follow through on tasks assigned
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident
