We’re on the lookout for caring and dedicated **male support workers** who genuinely want to make a difference. In this role, you’ll be supporting individuals with disabilities—helping them live more independently and stay engaged in their communities. Whether it’s participating in community programs, attending appointments, or assisting with day-to-day tasks, you’ll be there to provide the right support at the right time.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- **Be a trusted support**—help clients achieve their personal goals and live life on their own terms.
- **Assist with daily routines**—from personal care and meal preparation to helping maintain a clean and comfortable home.
- **Encourage independence**—support clients in developing life skills, building social confidence, and making meaningful community connections.
- **Follow tailored support plans**—implement strategies that promote well-being and positive behaviors.
- **Ensure safe and accurate medication management**—administer medication as prescribed and maintain detailed records.
- **Monitor well-being**—observe and report any changes in health or behavior.
- **Make life more enjoyable**—support clients in engaging with hobbies, social activities, and community events that they love.
- **Be a team player**—collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver well-rounded support.
- **Stay professional and compliant**—ensure all support is delivered in line with NDIS guidelines and organizational policies.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work
