**Software Quality & Testing Analyst, PLF**

**Project Overview and Role**:
The PLF works with DFAT and DEWR to support the administration of the PALM scheme and facilitate opportunities for Australian employers to connect with workers from the Pacific and Timor-Leste. The PLF is managed by Palladium and has been established as a trusted intermediary in supporting Australia-Pacific circular labour mobility.

The Software Quality & Training Analyst will provide support to Product Manager and the Team in overseeing the increase in Quality and Reliability in the In-Country Recruitment Database (IRD) Platform. This includes functional testing, creation of automated functional testing systems, oversight of our suite of monitoring tools and coordination of responses to issues in our production environments.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Oversee IRD Quality Assurance processes, including:

- Functional Testing of new features, including test documentation;
- Release Coordination;
- Automated Functional Testing system implementation;
- Identify and implement process improvement where possible to improve delivery.
- Coordinate Monitoring Tools and Outcomes

Oversee system monitoring tools and operations;
- Assist to coordinate responses to production issues that have been identified;
- Assist with procurement and implementation of new tools where required.
- Assist with design and testing of central monitoring IRD Dashboard

**Required Qualifications**:

- A relevant degree/qualification;
- At least three years of relevant work experience (in business and data analysis, functional testing, project coordination, product management);
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum based team to deliver production-ready software;
- Excellent organisational and project management skills: ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and different activities at the same time, meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse and non-technical stakeholders and write a variety of written work (tender documents, reports etc);
