**Purpose of the role**: Support people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities to implement their NDIS plan, build on their capacity and achieve their goals.

**We are looking for people with the below attributes and skills**:

- Committed to upholding the rights and supporting people with disability and to speak up when needed.
- Adaptable communication style to suit others’ needs.
- An ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Understand mental health and its impact on wellbeing.
- Good observation and assessment skills.

**Essential**:

- A Qualification in Mental Health, Community Services or Disability Services or related industry.
- A minimum 2 years of experience working with people with disability.
- Strong organisational, administration, and self-management skills.
- An ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with various stakeholders, including other service providers, family members, and government agencies.
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards code of conduct
- Solid understanding of the NDIS support coordination role and responsibilities.
- COVID vaccine

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel.
- A safe, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- Home office space or the ability to create an appropriate working space in your home.
- WWCC or willingness to obtain.
- Police check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation or willingness to obtain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
