Spanian’s Kebabs is on the hunt for a **legendary hospitality leader** to run the show. This isn’t just another manager gig — you’ll be leading a tight crew, slinging quality feeds, and building a local following from the ground up.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Run the show** - Oversee daily truck operations (opening/closing, rostering, stock, quality control)
- **Lead the team** - Train, coach, and motivate FOH & BOH crew to deliver top-tier service
- **Serve with pride** - Jump into service, resolve issues, and make sure customers leave smiling
- **Keep it clean & compliant** - Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- **Hit targets** - Monitor sales, track KPIs, control costs, and grow truck profitability
- **Stay connected** - Work with head office on ordering, reporting, staffing, and updates

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in hospitality or QSR management (food truck, café, or fast food = ideal)
- A confident, hands-on leader who can bring a team together and deliver results
- Calm, organised, and thrives under pressure — juggling tasks with ease
- Strong communicator with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexible for evenings and weekends (rotating roster - no burnout zone)
- Not much experience? **No worries — full training provided.**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
