Assistant Manager @ Scribbles and Giggles Lidcombe

As an assistant manager at a Scribbles and Giggles Centre, you are expected to oversee the service's operations; lead, guide and support our team of educators to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children whilst keeping with the values, principles, policies and broad organisational objectives of not only the Scribbles and Giggles brand, but also the standards of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law and the National Quality Standards.
- **Bachelors degree, Diploma or certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education**:
- **minimum of 1 year experience as Room Leader or Assistant Manager**
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Knowledge and understanding of EYLF and NQF
- Current working with children check
- Strong Leadership skills
- Passion to work with children
- Work as part of a positive team environment

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
