**Your new role**
As the P&C Advisor - Internal Recruitment, in consultation with the Manager of People & Culture and the broader P&C team, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end internal recruitment processes. You’ll be an excellent communicator with a high level of attention to detail, be highly organised and have experience managing a high volume of internal recruitment. You’ll have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including panel interview processes
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to all employees on all employment lifecycle matters
- The on-boarding and induction of new employees including exit processes
- Participate in employee engagement strategies and programs
- Implement and administer learning and development activities
- Maintain and update accurate HR and employee records
- Undertake HR related projects as required and participate in the planning and subsequent activity relating to any new business

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
- At least 3 years experience within an HR environment
- Knowledge and understanding of HR related legislation
- You will have the ability to prioritise work commitments and be well organised
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
