**About the role**:
The role is responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of care and service delivery to residents.
The position spans all aspects of managing a sizeable and multi-resident home, including operational, lifestyle, food services and governance elements to ensure the facility provides residents with high-quality care in a safe and welcoming home-like environment while operating within budget, and meeting compliance requirements.
The successful person will be provided with support from the Regional Manager, cross functional teams and your Facility Manager peer group.
