Motel Manager

We are looking for an experienced couple or single person to manage an established family owned 50 rooms Motel with conference centre/restaurant in Traralgon VIC 3844. The motel is well established.

We are looking for team players.

- Able to live onsite And take all calls.
- A passion for customer service - meeting guest
- Expectations and know the value of excellent customer service to the business.
- Go the extra mile for our customers.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
- Knows that hospitality can be 24/7 and therefore
- Happy/willing to assist guests afterhours if required.
- Able to lead a team of up to 10 members.
- Time management skills is a must.
- Preferable accounting skills
