Are you up for this?
- Turn up the volume on your career and assist in managing the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the Aloft property
- Oversee preventative maintenance repairs with direction from the Engineering manager
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for equipment and relationship building
- Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks
- Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment,
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives, using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach to showcase staying at Aloft different, by design
- Be a vibrant and self-expressive leader by providing motivation and support to the team
