Medical Aesthetics is leading growth globally, and projected growth modelling is 19% year-on-year growth across the next decade.
Working for a global leader in the Medical Aesthetics industry, this role is a Business Development/ Territory Manager, which will see you work with a predefined set of clients and continue to develop new business within your Territory.
Your role will compass all aspects of a pharmaceutical/ medical Aesthetics BDM role. The scope of this role for development is significant. Some of your duties will include the following:
- Plan daily/ weekly/ monthly sales cadence. You will call a predefined set of clients and coordinate meetings or lunches with Health Care Professionals to strengthen relationships and consistently upskill their staff with the Clinical Nurse Educators on the latest products and injecting techniques.
- Utilise the CRM to its total capacity by implementing a sales cadence and ensuring all customer engagements are detailed with discussion points, record all stock distribution, and ensure the sales cadence is consistent.
- Develop your Territory by identifying critical growth opportunities within existing, new, and referred businesses.
- Bi-annually implement business reviews with customers, highlighting all the products and value propositions and collaborating to develop growth for both businesses.
- Attend all relevant Aesthetics HCP events nationally.
- Attend all training on facial anatomy, how each product works, and understand the injectable techniques to ensure positive patient outcomes.
**What does success look like?**
Ideally, you will come from an Aesthetics or Pharmaceutical background. You are commercially savvy and love building relationships. You are an active listener and understand the nuances of body and language cues. Be curious and ask questions - when meeting with clients, observe any competitor products and "be curious" as to how they find those products, what the feedback from patients is and how you can help them to develop your product sales further.
You are part of a highly successful Aesthetics Business Development Team. Immaculately presented and polished as you represent the company and the quality of products. You are hungry for success and love sales. You enjoy cold calling, meeting with clients and looking outside the square to develop a more profitable territory. The BDM team meets quarterly to share learnings, update on all product development/training, and celebrate wins. You are part of a team and understand that everyone is responsible for contributing to the team's success.
