**Your New Opportunity at Nine**

Nine has an exciting part-time opportunity to join its Food Events team as Commercial Sales Coordinator, Food Events. The Food Events team are behind Good Food Month, and the Night Noodle Markets - Australia’s largest food festivals, taking place in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane across the year. Our Food Events sees almost a million people experience our events each year.

As a Commercial Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for directly supporting the Senior Business Development Manager and wider team in administrative duties and helping create a smooth transition for onboarding new commercial partners across Good Food Month and the Night Noodle Markets, nationally.

Day to day you will:

- Prepare client presentations and proposals
- Assisting in the creation of sales collateral
- Maintain and update the commercial sales proposal templates in line with brand guidelines
- Update Salesforce CRM with new client and ongoing updates
- Prepare fortnightly financial reporting from Salesforce
- Work closely with the Account management team to seamless assist with the transition of new partners during the onboarding process
- Conduct market research on the events/ food & beverage industry including new partners and competitors
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the events industry and upcoming competitive events
- General administration, organisation and responses to select enquiries
- Support the Senior Business Business Development Manager and/or Head of with the coordination of administrative tasks

Please note this is a part-time position.

In order to succeed, you will ideally have:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
- Digital and print media awareness and experience
- Computer literacy - Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods
- Internal system knowledge eg Prospector, Salesforce
- Ability to operate collaboratively as part of a team, or autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
