As a Venue Supervisor at ST. ALi, you will be a pivotal leader in our front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and inspiring a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service and impeccable standards
- Managing catering and functions, from planning to execution, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Utilizing your exceptional front-of-house experience to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance guest satisfaction
- Upholding ST. ALi's reputation for excellence in hospitality, both internally and externally
- Implementing ongoing training programs and monthly focus sessions to continuously develop and upskill staff members

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience in front-of-house operations, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
- Previous experience in managing teams and executing functions and events
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude, a hands-on approach leading from the front, and a commitment to teamwork
- A deep appreciation for quality coffee and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
