What your typical day will look like:
As the IT Support Technician, you will act as the point of escalation and resolution for all technology requests, contributing on new projects and influencing decision making for the future of technology for dentsu ANZ

Other responsibilities include:

- Set up, manage, and maintain laptops and hardware both apple and PC
- Building equipment for staff, onboarding new starters and managing break fixes
- Collaborate effectively with the user support base, and dentsu Technology teams on various projects and initiatives.
- Working with the AUNZ and APAC team to manage tickets accordingly between sites and regions
- Troubleshooting several types of hardware - ie. printers, TVs, computers and everything in between
- Setting up and supporting video conferences and meeting rooms throughout the office

A bit about you:

- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills. Require someone who has a passion for both technology and helping others harness what it has to offer
- Experience with enterprise AV kit. (Crestron preferred but not essential)
- Ability to keep calm and collected under pressure. Examples include time sensitive meeting setups, urgent walk-ups, unexpected events.
- Expectation is a primarily on-site role. 5 days a week in office but can offer flexibility where needed.
- Experience in O365 preferred and Teams as main collaboration tool
- Experience using and supporting with PC hardware, Windows OS and Macs
- Willing and able to set-up and move physical hardware on occasion. Role can entail lots of movement around the office at times.
- Foundations in and understanding of ITIL processes and asset management.
