We are looking for a IT Support Technician to join our amaZing team (located in Sydney)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support as a desk technician for national offices & 100+ users for IT technical services, PC/network/mobile support
- Deploy images & disseminate IT and security policies to the agency users and manage IT assets
- Coordinate and follow up on IT agreement
- Communicate with various IT vendors & telecom for purchasing/IT with IT PO created
- Support office renovations projects in IT Infra aspects
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / Information technology or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years IT support experience
- Fluent in English and a good IT Coordinator between business & technical
- Able to generate solutions to problems (analytical and logical reasoning skills)
- Technician related knowledge for PC imaging / network / systems support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work in high efficiency, quick decision maker; quick problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated; teamwork skills and can work under pressure
