**Personal Support Workers/ Personal Care Assistants | Arcare -Peregian Springs**

With our first aged care residence constructed in 1997, Arcare is one of the largest private residential aged care providers in Australia with over 45 sites throughout Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

**About You**
- Qualifications in Individual Support - Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Flexible in your thinking and courageous in your actions
- Compassionate and empathetic person
- A good understand that attitudes are contagious and ability to work well in a team environment
- The ability to provide quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives in accordance with Arcare‘s Values
- The ability to effectively liaise with clients, families and medical professionals
- Willing to initiate and participate in innovative projects to build on a person-centred environment for our residents
- Australian working rights
- Police or NDIS check
