Beauty Advisor/ Cosmetics Store Sales Assistant

La Cosmetique, situated in Sydney, has been a leading Asian beauty retailer since 2014. With seven stores across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our retail sales team on a Full-time or Part-time l basis in our Sydney CBD store.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging customers within our team-oriented environment. We place great emphasis on impeccable grooming standards and fostering exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
- Implement store strategy programs, promotions, and events.
- Ensure stock management, cleanliness of displays, and effective use of testers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, turning them into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate daily sales analysis.
- Adhere to hygiene practices and break guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with team members.
- Manage cash registers and sales records during opening and closing shifts.
- Attend required training and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility with shifts.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
