**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
- Manage inventory and display merchandise attractively.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the cosmetic industry.
- A strong passion for beauty and skincare with a keen eye for color and style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
