Beauty Advisor for Korean Cosmetics Store- Full

La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants are expected to attract and recruit customers, work within a team environment and always maintaining high grooming standards and exceptional interpersonal skills.
**Achievement of Store Retail Goals**
- Achieve individual targets and goals according to company benchmarks
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- Follow all brands’ action plans
- Implement all store strategy programs - promotions and events
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure stock is adequate and rotated with incoming stock
- keeping displays dusted and cleaned and testers cleaned
- Sampling
- using effectively and recording customer details for follow-up
- Take ownership for own results and review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Check communication daily
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled in a professional manner and turned into an opportunity
- Keep accurate and up to date daily sales analysis at the end of each shift
- Ensure hygiene practice is adhered to
- Adhere to break rules and guidelines as discussed with your Store Manager
- Maintain positive and constructive relationship with other team members
- Opening and closing of cash register and maintaining balanced record sales each day
- Attend all training required
- Accept personal responsibility to invest time in keeping up with all product knowledge
- Be punctual at each shift
- Flexible with shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
