Kirribilli Club is a community-focused venue located in Sydney, NSW, with a history of providing quality customer service and facilities. The Club offers a unique experience overlooking Sydney Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, and the City Skyline and prides itself on its facilities for conferences, functions, and events.

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part Time (3-4 days) Business Development professional for the Kirribilli Club. You will be strategic in planning and undertaking sales and promotional activities. The role will develop relationships with external organisations to secure larger conferences, meetings, and events.

**Taks will include but not limited to**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners like agencies, corporate clients, local businesses, and event planners
- Promote the Clubs conference, events facilities and weddings, to existing and new customers through face-to-face meetings and presentations, visits and telephone calls, including show rounds and attendance at key industry events
- Undertake in-depth account management to develop strong customer relationships and carry out all duties with high levels of customer care ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- To research, identify and convert new conference and events clients
- To achieve agreed sales KPIs, as set by the CEO
- To assist the conference team in the delivery of conference activity, where additional support is needed
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customer satisfaction
- Championing community engagement

**To be successful you will possess**:

- Minimum 2-3 years previous hospitality experience, preferable in a Business Development role
- Demonstrated ability to form meaningful client relationships
- Energetic, team player with the ability to work independently, possess an eye for detail and a passion for delivering results with a genuine love of hospitality
