**Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated Campus Class Administrator to assist our Campus Class Coordinator in ensuring a smooth operational experience for our classes. This hybrid role includes working from home as well as visiting our campuses in Hornsby, Norwest, and Chatswood. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring student enrolment, managing fee payments, and facilitating effective communication both on-campus and remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Enrolment Support**: Maintain accurate student enrolment records.
- **Customer Support**:Respond to enrollment inquiries and implement changes**.**:

- **Workflow Monitoring**:Track new student enrollments and confirm payments for rolled-over students.
- **Ongoing Follow-ups**:

- Address outstanding matters and unpaid fees.
- Monitor attendance and follow up on absences.
- Ensure timely roll marking by teachers.
- Assist in finding substitute teachers and provide payroll updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have completed high school in Australia.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
