**Your role**
- Coordinating work such as: document production (printing, scanning, copying, binding etc.), mail and couriers, while ensuring requests are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Entry and administration of disbursements, processing invoices, reporting, and coordinating the purchase of stationery/printing materials.
- Coordinating the day-to-day workflow while prioritising service resources for key clients and acting as the escalation point for issues.
- Ensuring service requests have clear instructions and deadlines; seeking clarification when needed.
- Take a "hands-on" approach in assisting the team if required
- Training new staff members, ensuring staff follow procedures, and identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Supporting the team leader and operations manager with ongoing projects relating to business services tasks when required.

**What you need**

We welcome applicants who have:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role or senior administration role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent time management, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and multitask at times under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders, and establish credibility and rapport
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to meet changing requirements and needs
- Solutions-focussed and confident to use initiative to make decisions
- Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and delegation
