**Position Summary**:
The Senior Manager Clinical Education ANZ**will develop and organize the training and education structures for the Neodent Dental Implant System (NDIS), Straumann Regenerative solutions and the Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) in Australia and New Zealand to support the business growth. You will work closely with the ANZ Medical Education team, Product Managers and the Marketing team, Sales Managers including DSO Manager/s as well as external education partners to collaborate and support programs and activities associated with ANZ Universities, DSO’s and Individual Customers.

Further, you will be responsible to build up the KOL and speaker pool, develop a speaker pathway for new dentists and set up and drive Neodent Clinical Groups.

Additionally, you will coordinate education events, courses and speaker deployment on a country and regional level and provide clinical support to the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training & Education - Neodent Dental Implant System, Regeneration Solutions and DSO Education.**
- Work closely with colleagues from global HQ and the APAC regional teams to coordinate internal trainings in relation to introduction of new products, solutions, or systems, in conjunction with Product Managers.
- Manage the budgeting, activity planning, implementation and evaluation of all external training activities across ANZ.
- Manage key customers and KOLs; implement a KOL development plan and utilize the speaker network (local, regional, and global) to further maximise brand impact.
- Develop a strong Training & Education network and program, which supports the growth aspiration in the value segment, Straumann regeneration solutions and strategic DSOs that aligns with the business and marketing strategy.
- Participate in National, Regional & State trade shows, sales meetings, and quarterly regional review meetings and attend other meetings as directed by Head of Marketing and Senior Management.

**KOL/Speaker Management and Development - Neodent Dental Implant System, Regeneration Solutions and DSOs.**
- Oversee the coordination and alignment of educational events and speaker engagements across the region, with a focus on maximising synergies.
- Build and utilise existing (internal and external) KOL/speaker development programs in close alignment with Senior Management.
- Cooperate with Medical Education team as well as Sales teams to identify new/young speakers and help develop existing speakers/KOLs to regional or international level.
- Function as the go-to person for KOL/speaker management, as well as the development of new speakers.
- Develop and actively expand a network of implant professionals across the ANZ region, establishing an organisational hub that will serve as a central framework for a wider network of clinical groups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key speakers and KOLs in ANZ, while also acting as the liaison with other regional Training & Education managers and headquarters.
- Adhere to Company Quality Assurance System and contribute to its continued development.
- Undertake other duties as required.
