Saturday Receptionist

About the role:
We have a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to hit the ground running as our Weekend Sales Receptionist.

We believe that if you have the passion for delivering a great customer experience and can draw on previous roles - you are the right person for us Development and mentoring is readily available from our management team and this position is well-guided by our Guest Experience Manager.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- operating and maintaining the phone switchboard.
- greeting our customers in a high volume dealership
- ensuring all mail is distributed correctly
- ensuring customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
- general administration tasks
