Digital Marketing Specialist

**The Company**
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company providing products and services to Hospitals and Medical professionals to improve the lives of acute and chronically ill patients. They are undergoing significant customer excellence and omnichannel transformation and need a digital solutions specialist to support and execute at this level.
This is a role where you will enhance commercial success with innovative digital solutions across multiple platforms within the business that interface between customers, marketing, medical and the sales team. The role is focused on digital solutions and marketing execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Campaign management and execution across social media, online content, EDM and SEO
- Data driven decision making, ROI analysis for marketing campaigns
- Provide useful analytics across UX and CX design testing
- Train across functional teams in the operation of digital platforms, Salesforce, Veeva CRM,
- Drive the utilisation of digital solutions and initiatives
- Utilise Veeva Promomats across cross-functional teams to support day to day function
- Manage the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work collaboratively with marketing to facilitate integration analysis that helps to demonstrate long-term trends and insights
- Lead the technology requirements of testing, broadcasting and updates of the company's professional-facing website
- 3+ years’ experience in a relevant field in the pharmaceutical, technology or other highly regulated industry
- Proven experience with sales, marketing and campaign management tools is essential for this position e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vault Promomats and Veeva CRM (certifications are a strong plus).
- Experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault
- High proficiency in Windows and the Microsoft Suite, especially with Excel
- Familiar with analytics and KPIs to produce reporting and actionable insights (e.g., Qlik, Google Analytics, Drupal, Excel).
- Familiar with digital capabilities in general (e.g., content management systems) and online promotion activities (Paid promotion, social media, etc.)
- Knowledge of CX and UX design, and interest in new trends and technologies.
- A collaborative individual who leads, seeks, and encourages collaboration initiatives across different cross-functional teams
