- **Autonomous Decision-Making**: Exercise a notable degree of independence, relying on high-level judgment and considering broader agency implications when making decisions.

**Cyber Penetration Testing Team Leads**
- **Complex Problem Solving**: Engage in resolving intricate problems and managing challenging issues.
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee and execute detailed or sensitive projects with implications for agency strategies, politics, or operations.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Actively manage important relationships both within and outside the agency.
- **Leadership Role**: Lead Cyber Penetration Testing Team, potentially managing work teams and ensuring effective execution of responsibilities.

**Cyber Threat Intelligence**
- **Broad Direction and Independence**: Operate within a wide framework of direction while demonstrating a significant level of autonomy, particularly in leadership roles.
- **Policy Advice**: Employ sound judgment and decision-making skills to provide high-level policy advice.
- **Complex Problem Solving**: Engage in resolving intricate problems and managing challenging issues.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate and execute detailed or sensitive projects that hold implications for agency strategies, politics, or operations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Actively manage crucial relationships within and outside the agency.
- **Leadership Responsibility**: Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence efforts, which could involve managing work teams and ensuring effective execution of roles and responsibilities.
