**About the role**

We are seeking a recognised and well-respected Information Technology professional with a record of achievement in delivering contemporary technical services in a large and complex environment.

As the Assistant Commissioner, IT Service Management, you will provide expertise in relation to the operational delivery, monitoring and measurement of a broad range of critical IT services, as well as the overarching Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and processes via an augmented internal and externally outsourced delivery model.

**Your duties**
- Lead and develop branch and staff capabilities to drive productivity increases
- Coordinate and manage integration and delivery methods that ensure service standards and service level agreements are met
- Enhance user experience through automation, tools integration and self-service strategies
- Support Enterprise Solutions and Technology Executive in achieving the EST Strategy

**Skills and experience**
- Experience shaping and delivering contemporary IT services and solutions
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and provides insightful and persuasive advice to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Exceptional achievement guiding technological and organisational operating model change in a large, complex multi-vendor organisation
- Relevant qualifications such as ITIL certification and/or IT degree is highly regarded

The role may be offered in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD.

You must be an Australian citizen to work with the ATO.
