**Customer Service/Sales Support**:

**About the role**

**About the day-to-day**:
**Key tasks and responsibilities will include (but of course, aren’t limited to)**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Calling back and qualifying new enquiries
- Processing orders directly into our system (data entry focused)
- Exceptional customer service
- Proactively support customers and the sales team to ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maintained or exceeded
- Communicate, problem solve, document and coordinate service issues, complaints, resolutions and responses

**About you**:

- A Customer focus to ensure you always have the customers needs front of mind
- Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone
- HIGH level of accuracy in data entry
- Someone who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced & supportive team environment
- Strong Communication, written and listening skills
- Someone with a great attitude who wants to create the best outcomes for customers and the company
- Experience in a customer service/admin role - minimum 2 years
- 'Can-do' attitude
- Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management

- A friendly, patient and professional phone manner
- Ability to show empathy and understanding, as many customers require extra level of assistance
