Are you a friendly, organised, professional **Medical Receptionist**looking for a workplace where you feel part of something meaningful? We'd love you to join our amazing team on a permanent part-time basis at Flow Health and Cardiac Diagnostics in Robina. This position is on a permanent part-time basis three days per week with opportunity for additional days to accommodate leave cover.

- Experience with Clinic to Cloud Software is an advantage

**Daily responsibilities include**:

- Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments, manage patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Confidentiality: Protecting confidentiality and adhering regulations at all times.
- Assist with billing, payments
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as accurate data entry and scanning of patient files, filing and billing processes.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery.
- Provide necessary information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers to deliver seamless patient care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
