Experienced Barista/Manager/Supervise Wanted for Full-Time Position

Are you a passionate and experienced baristas with a flair for crafting exceptional coffee? We're have four bustling cafes with a position available at our Duncraig venue and we're looking for dedicated individual to join our team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

We are primarily seeking a **full-time barista** **manager/supervisor**to contribute to our dynamic team. However, we are open to considering highly skilled **part-time applicants** as well.

What We're Looking For:

- **Proven Experience**: You must have a strong background as a barista, including a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.
- **Exceptional Skills**: You can consistently produce high-quality coffee, with great latte art and a strong focus on efficiency and consistency during peak hours.
- **Customer-Focused**: You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with customers. You can take orders accurately and handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- **Team Player**: You're reliable and willing to work as part of a close-knit team, helping with other cafe duties as needed (e.g., cleaning, stocking, and food preparation).
