Barista/All-Rounder

We are an established boutique cafe located in Duncraig looking to add to our Front of House team. Applicants with the relevant expertise listed below will be strongly considered for the position(s):

1. Experienced (fast-hands) Barista:

Reliable, customer focused, sound knowledge of coffee and latte art skills.

Capable of handling most aspects of front of the house efficiently as well as being comfortable behind the machine.

Approx. 25 to 35 hours available per week.

2. Passionate All-Rounder (Floor Staff):

The suitable candidate will be friendly and approachable and able to deliver a high standard of service in a timely and efficient manner. The role duties include:

taking customer orders

running food and beverages to customers

clearing and resetting tables

ensuring server stations are adequately stocked with tableware

assisting with day-to day clean-up duties

previous cash handling is preferred

You will need to be able to work both independently and within our team. Bringing the positive vibes is a must to succeed in our environment. Please be advised that your availability must include at least one day on the weekend as we are a 7-day business (days only, no night work).
