**The role**:
In addition, the Service Supervisor will be expected to:

- Provide quality supervision and technical support for regional service staff and customers
- Responsible for control & maintenance of company assets including service department equipment & tooling.
- Responsible for the management of spare parts entering and leaving the regional parts store. This includes receiving items into the store, job returns and despatching items as required.
- Responsible for branch/region store stock takes.
- Responsible for back order follow-up
- Plan, schedule and/or coordinate staff training, in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager
- Provide operational support to the Aftermarket Manager in the absence of the Service Manager
- Provide internal & external customer support relating enquiries and requests.
- Provide assistance to the Service Manager to achieve regional objectives
- Provide technical support (internal and external)
- Resolve customer complaints and dispute resolution in conjunction with the Service Manager
- Responsible for tool calibration compliance within the region
- Provide full back up support to the Aftermarket Manger in the absence of the Service Manager
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated PC Skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases).
- Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
- Demonstrate a flexible and “can do” attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Focused on achieving agreed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research and source appropriate parts information
- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Self-starter, able to work under time constraints, detail-oriented.

- Experience in supervision of an engineering/service related industry, preferably with

compressed air experience
